Hi Arjen

I take it this would be for a Client/Gateway setup. The first thing to check is that both the Gateway and Client are on the same subnet, and that the Client is on the same firmware version as the gateway and has the same admin password (you can safely connect to the client separately in config as long as you do a load from).

Following this please check under Network Periphery on the Gateway and Client that the Miniserver Gateway/Client fields are filled out.
