Advance notice: Improved Partner Program & Price Adjustment as of 2 May 2022
We are improving the Partner Program for you! As of 2 May, we will be making changes and innovations to the Loxone Partner Program that will benefit you. We’re excited to share the most important changes with you today. We’d also like to give you more information about the upcoming price adjustment – also effective from 2 May 2022.
We’re making the Partner Program even better!
As a Loxone Partner, you are the foundation of our company. With our Partner Program, we offer you the perfect support so you can use Loxone products to offer your customers intelligent home & building automation. From 2 May 2022, we’re adapting the program so that you can benefit from the following improvements, among others:
- Increased discounts for Gold & Platinum Partners
- Flexible discounts for Registered Partners
- Completely revised Loxone Partner Portal
- From Summer 2022: New Digital Showroom for sales support
Price adjustment from 2 May 2022
Starting in 2020 and throughout 2021, we have witnessed a massive impact on global value chains. A recent pressure to this is the war in Ukraine. The consequences are scarce raw materials, rising raw material prices and more difficulty in planning security due to price volatility – not only for the electrical industry. Despite these difficulties, we have managed to keep prices stable for you since May 2021, unlike many other manufacturers.
We now have to adjust our prices accordingly. The adjustment will not be a fixed percentage as we have still tried to analyse the need for a price adjustment by each product. Prices will increase between 12.9% and 19.7%. In comparison, we are glad that we have been able to keep the adjustment below the material price indices, which experienced a 21.5% year-on-year increase at the end of 2021. Here is an overview of what the new prices will be.
You can continue to purchase at the current prices until 11 pm on 1 May 2022. After that, our new prices will take effect. Thank you for your continued cooperation for the financial year ahead.
Shipping Surcharge
In previous years, we were always able to offer you a flat rate for shipping, regardless of the order quantity. With the addition of quadral products, some of which may require shipping by pallet, a shipping surcharge will apply with immediate effect. This £40 surcharge will only be charged once per order – regardless of the quantity ordered.
This only applies to select quadral items based on their weight and dimensions. This will be displayed in the webshop at checkout if it applies.
