Hi, So as far as I know at least, loxone updates are forced on us. This is not a problem for me in general… However latest update arbitrary decided to change color… so now on my project I can see a lot of red inputs and outputs. Red colour means (I think) that they are not linked to anything now. I opened my older project backups and the same happeneds, when file is "updated". System is heavly integrated with KNX. I can’t really loose or even waste time to create all the knx links again. Is this just a colour change for extra information or something is wrong with the project, please. It is a project we tinker quite a lot, and this never happened before to us.
I did not do any updates to unit on site yet, since I did not want site to stop working properly.
Thanks in advance,
sensors and actuators are still on periphery list, at least for now, why red color then? It wasn’t there before
Hi Piotr
Loxone updates have always been and continue to be a recommendation rather than a requirement. It is always our recommendation to update to enjoy new features and to fix any potential bugs. As with all software we endevour to release stable and bug free software but our developers are only human so ocassionally some slip through.
As the community is for discussions and sharing of ideas among Loxone Partners and consumers alike, and your question is directly related to an issue with your system I would ask you to please raise a support ticket via [email protected]. Alternatively, you can contact your local Loxone office for more information. Kind regards
