I agree, if we believe the motion sensors to be the activating device the presence block will indeed log them. Obviously you also need the lights to work as well so take Qpr from the Presence Block into P of the lighting controller. TH is now set on the Presence block not the Lighting Controller.
As another aside though, this will tell you which device is activating the lights but not why. Look for environmental factors such as heating coming on, ventilation, drafts, or any spaces above which might be vibrating the ceiling.
Finally the sensitivity of sensors can be adjusted to suit the install.
