New: Belimo Tree & Air
Up until now, there have only been Modbus templates for Belimo devices, which have been available to download via the Loxone Library. But now we’re introducting native integration with the Belimo Tree & Air – making the installation and commissioning of projects even easier.

Native Integration
The Belimo Tree & Air by Loxone, is a compact gateway, with which you can integrate up to 16 Belimo products. This brings with it many possibilities, including for example, optimising the damper actuators for low power consumption, integrating sensors and meters for measurement and monitoring, and configuring valves for optimal flow control – which is all in turn easily integrated into Loxone’s building automation solution.
We have chosen to support Belimo’s own MP-Bus as this allows us to support the widest range of Belimo devices and ensures maximum flexibility in any project. The native integration of Belimo into Loxone Config makes it easier than ever to integrate Belimo devices into a building automation system. As a result, we offer not only the most affordable solution, but also the best.
Ease of Installation
There is a cable that leads to the MP-Bus on the top of the Belimo Tree & Air, which is connected to the MP-Bus via a terminal. Power is provided via 24V DC and – depending on the variant – the Tree connection is found on the bottom of the device. There is a special feature to note with the cabling: since the MP-Bus connection from Belimo is orange, we have marked this cable with a flag on the Belimo Tree & Air so that there is no confusion with the wire for the power supply.
