Christmas Hours 2021
We’d like to thank all our Partners for working with us throughout 2021. It has, once again, been an extraordinary year full of challenges the world over and we appreciate you working with us as the the likes of component shortages and haulage interruptions have been navigated. With that, it’s time to share our Christmas hours, including information on how orders and technical support will be handled while we’re closed.
Loxone UK will be closed from 12:00 on Tuesday, 23 December 2021.
We will reopen at 08:30 on Monday, 10 January 2022.
Orders and Delivery
We use UPS Standard for UK shipping. Between 22 November and 24 December, the expected delivery time for UPS standard is 2-4 working days, depending on location within the UK. Therefore, we advise that if you need your orders before Christmas, please place your order no later than 14:00 on Monday, 20 December 2021.
We will have additional shipping cutoff times as follow (these orders may arrive after Christmas):
- 21st December 2021 at 3pm
- 22nd December 2021 at 3pm
- 23rd December 2021 at 1030am
While our offices are closed, we will be having dedicated shipping days as follows:
- 28th December 2021 at 8am (all orders placed after 1030am on 23.12.2021 up to 8am on 28.12.2021)
- 4th January 2022 at 8am (all orders placed after 8am on 28.12.2021 up to 8am on 04.01.2022)
Technical Support
While our technical support team will also be away over the Christmas shutdown, tickets submitted via [email protected] will be monitored and we will endeavour to respond within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can still access our knowledge base. Any non-priority tickets submitted during this time will be answered once we return.
General information requests will be handled once the office opens for the new year after 10 January 2022.
