Thank you to our Partners for your support throughout the year. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We are proud of all that has been achieved this year together with Loxone Partners. Thank you all for your ongoing support. Here’s wishing you, your colleagues, and loved ones a relaxing and joyous festive season.

The whole Loxone team will be taking a break, too. The UK office, warehouse and support line will close at midday on Friday 2oth December 2024 and we will reopen on 6th January 2025.

If you are looking for support with your own Loxone installation, please contact your Loxone Partner or find a local installer using our Partner Search map.

For Loxone Partners in the UK only:
Please refer to our online documentation which has a wealth of information to guide you through most troubleshooting. You can also use the Support Assistant available in the Partner Portal.
A 24-hour rota will monitor support tickets during our Christmas closure and, where the matter is system-critical and urgent, we endeavour to reply within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day).

Support ticket requests will be answered as usual upon our return in January.

Your orders

The final cut-off for shipping before we close will be 10am on Friday, 20th December 2024.Please bear in mind these orders will take longer to reach you while UPS closes over the Christmas period. If you require orders to arrive before Christmas, we suggest to place them no later than:

  • Mainland UK: Friday 20th December
  • For Northern Ireland, Channel Island and Highlands: Tuesday 17th December

Note: While there is no guarantee that the above delivery dates will be met, this is our best guideline based on UPS approximations. Please also allow for additional time due to volume and weather/operational conditions at this time of year.

Touch Pure Flex orders will take an additional 2 weeks over the festive period due to production line closure.

    Starting Monday 6th January, 2025, the entire Loxone team will be back and available to assist as per normal.
