Including a first-class hotel, a seminar centre, a restaurant – the Glorious Bastards, vast offices, a logistics centre, outdoor area and a multifunctional Auditorium, we offer a wide range of spaces and services tailored to the needs of our visitors and employees. Each area has been individually automated with Loxone to significantly enhance the experience in the space.

In our hotel, guests are welcomed with intelligent features that make their stay pleasant and energy-efficient. Each room is a self-sufficient unit in the overall system, equipped with a Miniserver Compact and configured by our unique Multiplicator tool. Our hotel also has a wellness area, which is operated highly efficiently thanks to intelligent automation. Our Loxone audio solution creates the perfect atmosphere and adds to the overall experience.

Our restaurant the Glorious Bastards seats 300 people and is open to the public 7-days a week. It is characterised by a unique ambience that combines traditional vintage furniture with state-of-the-art technology. The lighting and music automatically adapt to the time of day, while our specially developed audio solution ensures clear sound and rich bass. This technology not only ensures an outstanding dining experience, but also contributes to energy efficiency, achieving a return on investment within a few months.

The Loxone office is specially tailored to the needs of our employees and offers working desks for 300 employees across 13 “Spaces”. Each area is automated with its own Miniserver to create the optimum working conditions for employees. Our building automation here not only ensures the best lighting, indoor climate and sun protection, but also contributes to energy savings.

The lounge is a creative place to exchange ideas, equipped with our NFC Code Touch for access authorisation and billing of food and beverages.

Security is a top priority, with access control via keyfob or NFC cards and an integrated separating system. The entire user management is managed across all locations via the Loxone Miniserver and the Loxone Trust.

Our ventilation system supplies around 300 people with fresh air and can handle 20,000 cubic meters of air per hour. Thanks to the automation provided by the Miniserver, all ventilation control centres are extremely efficient and save around 40% on energy compared to conventional systems. The open interface structure of the Loxone system and the powerful software, our Loxone Config, make this possible.

Our logistics centre ships Loxone products around the globe.  With a space of 6,000m² it can hold up to 5,500 pallets. With 25 employees, 1,500 parcels can be handled here in 8 hours. Thanks to efficient processes and flexibility in shift operation, hotel guests remain undisturbed while up to 10 trucks can be delivering and collecting goods all at the same time.

Welcome to the Auditorium – a multifunctional space inspired by the market square in Siena. This lively space can be used all year round for various events, from the likes of concerts through to award ceremonies. This space is not exclusively for Loxone use and can also be booked for external events. The technical facilities, including a drivable stage, electric shading and a bespoke sound array from Quadral, all controlled by the Miniserver, which enables seamless functionality and easy control.

Our Experience Zone is a unique exhibition that takes visitors on an interactive journey through the history and future of building automation. From immersive exhibits and an automated cinema to extraordinary sound and light effects, the DNA of Loxone is made tangible, not only for automation experts but also for people new to the technology.

Our seminar centre is a place of learning and further education that is open not only to our Partners, but also to external visitors. The various seminar rooms, both large and small, offer space for around 100 participants and create an ideal environment for concentrated work and learning. The pleasant room climate, which is regulated by the Miniserver, contributes to a productive working atmosphere. With state-of-the-art equipment and an inspiring environment, we create optimal conditions for knowledge exchange and innovation.
