Update: Loxone Audioserver 2.8.7.4
The Loxone Audioserver has just received its latest firmware update – software version 2.8.7.4 – discover the new features now. The update allows users to benefit from an even more impressive sound experience and further increased system stability.
This new version of the Loxone Audioserver software, 2.8.7.4, comes with the following features:
KEEP IN MIND: If your installation combines a Miniserver Compact with an Audioserver, the system needs to be using Config version 14.3.7.4 Beta 1 or higher.
- Realignment of the equaliser for excellent sound quality. This applies to all players that have default values ​​set in the EQ at the time of installation. The individual settings will remain the same.
- Otimized synchrony for a more crisp, precise listening experience, especially in larger installations.
- The addition of audio test files to the library allows for easy identification of left/right outputs simplifying the ability to make checks on the system.
- Plus, many more stability improvements.
How to get the new features
If you have activated the auto-update function in the project properties of your Miniservers, the Audioserver adopts these settings, and as soon as the update is available, all it takes is one tap in the Loxone App and the system is updated.
Alternatively, the update can be performed using Loxone Config or the web interface of the Audioserver. All information can be found in our online documentation.
