when i close my blinds, they stay active (see pic attached – kitchen blind says ‘closed’ but in green). this means that to open the blind i then have to press open button twice, first press deactivates the ‘closed’ (so it turns grey) and second opens the blind.
this doesnt happen when its on open – it deactivates itself immediately (which is the correct behaviour as i understand it).
can anyone suggest what setting may fix this?
im using nano 2 relay trees and auto config on automatic blind function – ive set open/close durations and compass.
Post config snapshot Ella – might be a paramater issue. Also try delete the block out, save and then re-insert. It’s not uncommon to get the odd block glitch.

Hi Ella
The most likely culprit is if you are automatically setting the drive times with the Nano 2 Relaty Tree. As this uses current sensing to detect drive times, if the blind is a particularly low draw on the lower limit then it may affect this reading.
To counter this turn off this setting on the Nano 2 Relay Tree, manually set your drive times in the parameters of the blinds block and see what happens.

That was it! I had manually set the times but hadn’t unchecked the auto box – thanks hugh!
Hi Ella – glad it worked and good luck with your install
