Hello,
I identified the following heating problem with the Loxone algorithm and I can’t figure out what the problem is.
Room: office
Heating temperatures: Comfort = 21.5 Eco = 18.5 (see attachment)
Heating schedule: Monday-Friday, 6.30 am – 10 pm comfort mode, outside these hours Eco is set; Saturday – Eco Sunday all day (see attachment)
The problem: on Friday night the heating stops, it switches to Eco mode, but on Saturday morning there is Heating up to comfort, that is, it has been heating since Saturday morning (48 hours before Monday when it is Comfort) at 21.5 degrees.
From the attached video you can see how, if I go to the time interval setting and select again that Saturday-Sunday is Eco mode (practically I don’t change anything, I just redo the same settings), the heating stops, and is according to the program, but during the day from Saturday it still appears Heating up to comfort. The office room is the only room where I noticed this problem, and I fixed the same settings and operating programs on other rooms, but it works perfectly there.

Is there anyone who can help me solve the problem?
Thanks.
Hi
The Loxone Intelligent Room Controller uses predictive fuzzy logic to determine heat up and cool down periods and therefore how long before a Comfort schedule the heating should come on.
Issues like this are usually caused by a slightly incorrect config in which the Intelligent Room Controller is unaware of what the overall heating demand is doing and is therefore assuming that the central plant system is on when it isn’t. This then means to the room controller it is calling for heat, the room isn’t heating up, therefore the source needs to run for longer, until you get to the point we are here where it is on almost all the time.
This will require some troubleshooting with your config, and as this is an open forum I would not suggest this is the best platform.
Instead please reach out to either your Loxone Installer, or if you are a Loxone Partner then Loxone support who will be able to troubleshoot with you.

Thank you for the reply. I appreciate it. i already escalated this to my Loxone Installer but they are not much help and they don’t really care ( I know, this is sad and I already gave feedback about them). Also I’ve open a ticket to Loxone Support on 12.19.2021 11:04 ticket number 591373. I hope someone will contact me and solve this. Thanks again and happy holidays!

How did you solve this problem?
Haven’t fixed it yet. Do you have the same problem?
