Heating/temperature status checking

Hi friends-)

i need some help with heating in my house. In Loxone app for some temperature sensors there are a “status checking” and also some new symbol (men figure in two circles). This rooms are not active, I can’t control any parameters.

This problem present in four rooms, where i normally can control heating and cooling. Another rooms, where only heating controlled, working properly.

What can be a reason for this problem and what this symbol(men figure in two circles) does mean.

For the status circle this is likely due to some misconfiguration of the controllers, or that the inputs are not providing values. It may be a good idea to reach out to Loxone support in your region for further diagnosis on this.

For the symbol of the person this simply means that when pressed in the app you are indicating that someone is present within the room and it will trigger a Comfort Override on the heating. Allowing a simple button press to change the schedule, rather than having to go into the controller and commit several button presses.
