  string(1738) "We installed a fully automated Loxone lighting, heating and audio solution throughout the building. Plus, we added an intercom linked to the manager of the sites phone for if clients need support. We also added NFC Code Touch Trees beside all external and internal doors throughout the building. Meaning that we could grant access to the building and any rooms inside it using the Loxone user management feature, so that customers only had access to areas that they were permitted to enter during their stay at Lagom. We then added further access features for delivery drivers and cleaners to all of the areas they would require.

We implemented the Audioserver as requested, which provides a nice background sound throughout the building and also allows us to connect the ceiling speakers in the living room to the projector. We have added an override switch in the living room for customers so that they can turn on the projector and sound will come through the speakers at a set volume and the audio in other areas beside this is then turned off until the button is pressed again or the night time schedule tells it to turn off.

We then implemented a solution that when a client books and information is sent to the booking agent (Hostaway), we can take that information and send it into the Authentication NFC Code Touch function block so that the correct code that was supplied by Hostaway to the clients is then inputted under the clients code on the NFC which gives us traceability of the clients on the system also.

We have also done full lighting control throughout using Presence Sensors with all the hallways, living room, kitchen, library and garden/driveway areas being controlled." We got to reuse old light fittings which were all rewired rather than being scrapped and a lot of upcycling was carried out on furniture and different products on site. The bare walls inside, I think are amazing and the building itself is full of character and Jordan has done a brilliant job of bringing this out in the build and mixing it with Nautical themes that suit the area.

Challenge
