Meet Elijah!
Meet Elijah Stuart, one of the dedicated Partner Coaches at Loxone. Elijah has been with us for almost a year, providing exceptional support and sharing his system expertise with our partners.
Elijah studied Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology at Western Carolina University. After college, he worked as a Sales Rep for an OEM Construction Company. Seeking a more hands-on role working with cutting-edge technology, Elijah joined Loxone where he now thrives in his current position.
Outside of work Elijah enjoys being outdoors and staying active with hobbies like running, soccer and, most of all, snowboarding.
What is a Partner Coach?
As a Partner Coach, Elijah’s main responsibility is supporting our partners to ensure every Loxone integration is seamless and optimized. This includes providing technical support, assisting with project planning, programming, and helping partners build confidence and knowledge through training and education.
Elijah begins by discussing the desired features of an integration with partners and envisioning how the home or building will operate. He then offers recommendations and ideas to enhance the project. Once the project scope is defined, he helps partners identify the necessary hardware for integration.
When troubleshooting issues, Elijah focuses on educating partners. He demonstrates tools and techniques to diagnose issues and encourages partners to apply what they’ve learned. Elijah explains his thought process and details preventive measures to ensure partners are well-equipped for ongoing success.
Elijah’s technical expertise, patience, and effective communication make him an exceptional Partner Coach. His ability to simplify complex processes and his dedication to partner success are truly commendable.
What does Elijah like most about being a Partner Coach?
Elijah’s favorite part of being a Loxone Partner Coach is seeing all the creative and innovative ways partners utilize Loxone’s home and building automation technology. A hidden wall safe, an automated chicken coop, a brewery… even a Loxone Lowrider! Elijah is constantly impressed by the creativity of our partners and the range of functionality they are able to realize with Loxone automation solutions.
Elijah also enjoys carrying for all of the plants in the Loxone US Headquarters, a responsibility he takes almost as seriously as his Partner Coaching duties.
