In our hotel, guests are welcomed with intelligent features that make their stay pleasant and energy-efficient. Each room is a self-sufficient unit in the overall system, equipped with a Miniserver Compact and configured by our unique Multiplikator tool. Our hotel also has a wellness area, which is operated highly efficiently thanks to intelligent automation. Our audio solution from Loxone creates the perfect atmosphere and adds to the overall experience.

Our Restaurant Glorious Bastards seats 300 and is open to everyone from Monday to Sunday. It is characterized by a unique ambience that combines traditional vintage furniture with state-of-the-art technology. The lighting and music automatically adapt to the time of day, while our specially developed audio solution ensures clear sound and rich bass. This technology not only ensures an outstanding dining experience, but also contributes to energy efficiency, achieving a return on investment within a few months.

The Loxone Office is specially tailored to the needs of our employees and offers space for 300 employees in 13 “Spaces”. Each area is automated with its own Miniserver to create optimum working conditions. Our building automation not only ensures the best lighting, indoor climate and sun protection, but also contributes to energy savings.

The lounge is a creative place to exchange ideas, equipped with our NFC Code Touch for access authorization and billing of food and beverages.

Security is a top priority, with access control via keyfob or NFC cards and an integrated separating system. The entire user management is managed across all locations via the Loxone Miniserver and the Loxone Trust.

Our ventilation system supplies around 300 people with fresh air and can handle 20,000 cubic meters of air per hour. Thanks to the automation provided by the Miniserver, all ventilation control centers are extremely efficient and save around 40% energy compared to conventional systems. The open interface structure of the Loxone system and the powerful software, our Loxone Config, make this possible.

Our logistics center ships Loxone products worldwide and offers 6,000m² of space for 5,500 pallets. With 25 employees, 1,500 parcels can be handled here in 8 hours. Thanks to efficient processes and flexibility in shift operation, hotel guests remain undisturbed while 10 trucks can deliver or collect goods at the same time.

With around 50 Loxone Wallboxes, integrated into a dynamic surplus charge management system, and a PV system that supplies 600 kWp, we produce our own electricity. The Miniserver distributes the energy in the building as required, resulting in considerable energy savings and cost reductions.

Welcome to the Auditorium – a multifunctional space inspired by the market square in Siena. This lively space can be used all year round for various events, from concerts to award ceremonies. Not exclusive to Loxone, the Auditorium can also be booked for external events. The technical facilities, including a drivable stage, electric shading and a bespoke sound array from Quadral, are controlled by the Miniserver, which enables seamless integration and easy control.

Our Experience Zone is a unique exhibition that takes visitors on an interactive journey through the history and future of building automation. From immersive exhibits and an automated cinema to extraordinary sound and light effects, the DNA of Loxone is made tangible, not only for automation experts but also for laypeople.
