This luxurious property, featured in the 2023 St. George Parade of Homes Utah, is a true architectural gem, built by Slate Ridge Homes and designed by Jeff Andrews Design. Nestled against the backdrop of the Hurricane Cliffs and overlooking the 11th green of the championship Copper Rock Golf Course, Geometrica's awe-inspiring views are just the beginning. The home's 6,546 sq. ft. living area showcases an innovative use of geometric shapes, which inspired its name. Equipped with 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, and a 6-car garage, this $5M property isn't just luxurious but also smart, thanks to Loxone automation and Colorbeam Lighting. This stunning smart home project presented several challenges due to its unique design and extensive electrical work. The project required automation of various areas such as an automated pool, movie theater, playroom, and a grand scale sports bar by the pool with 2 commercial water slides. To meet these demands, Loxone was chosen as the automation solution provider."
