With smart zoned underfloor heating, it means that everywhere in the house is always at the desired temperature without wasting energy, this is done via the touch switches temperature sensing ability in each room, along with the programmed heating schedule. Multiroom audio is present throughout the majority of the house, with 12 individually controllable zones that can be grouped to play the same thing or be used individually for different audio, all linked up to use major streaming platforms such as Spotify. Video intercom allows for the family to answer the door from anywhere being able to see and speak to them, with a simple notification going to their phone. Anish works just one street away, so this is a great feature to know when to pop home for a delivery. The smart garden includes pre-wiring for smart irrigation, accent lighting that reacts to light levels, security lights based on motion, speakers and motorised gates (all controllable through the Loxone App). The smart lighting includes colour changing LED lights inside and outside the home. Control is simple via the app and the Loxone Switch Standard (lighting, audio and shading) being used on their Loxone Touch Switches, meaning it is intuitive for guests, who learn it very quickly."
