In the picturesque village of Limbach, Slovakia, the stylish and unique coffee house 'Coffee Shopa' has been upgraded smart building management. Originally, the cafe was a local food market. When it closed, the building was completely renovated, calling attention to the importance of equipping an automation solution with Loxone."

The top floor - a multifunctional space with movable furniture - offers a beautiful view of a vineyard. In this room, dimmable LED strips help to make the space suitable for any occasion: presentations, events or fitness courses.



The desired lighting moods can be created via the Loxone App with ease, giving owners and employees maximum flexibility in every area of the cafe. After dark, the coffee house shines gloriously with its automated interior lighting. 

During the renovation of the building, one of the other focus areas was a comprehensive, reliable security system.



Loxone also ensures a constantly pleasant temperature in the coffee house during both the summer and winter months. 4 air conditioners cool the café in the summer, with each zone being controlled separately but still through one coordinated system. During winter, a gas boiler warms up the water for the underfloor heating. The distributors of the underfloor heating were also integrated with Loxone. Depending on the individual room climate, there temperature is always pleasant. The ventilation of the coffee house is also fully automated on every floor. This ensures that the individual areas of the café are immediately supplied with fresh air when required."
