  string(1424) "Recently, we had the pleasure of working with the owner of the Hanza Hotel, who asked us for help in understanding the extremely high electricity bills.

During the on-site inspection, we discovered that key systems in the facility, including the gas boiler room and the ventilation and air conditioning system, were not properly adjusted. This can be a major source of excessive energy consumption.

Here are the steps we intend to take to resolve this issue:

Identifying issues: We will conduct a detailed analysis to understand how your current systems work and where inefficiencies occur.

Energy audit: we will examine all aspects of energy consumption and identify specific sources of waste.

Recommendations for improvements: based on the audit results, we will propose appropriate regulations and modernizations that will help improve the hotel's energy efficiency.

Monitoring effects: after making changes, we will track energy consumption to assess whether the introduced actions bring the expected results.

Staff education: We will engage employees in energy saving activities by educating them on best practices.

Taking steps to improve energy efficiency will not only reduce operating costs, but will also contribute to the hotel's greater sustainability, which guests will certainly appreciate." 5. Next steps: we will soon start rebuilding the boiler room and ventilation units. It is also planned to modernize hotel rooms using the innovative Loxone system, which will significantly improve guest comfort and energy efficiency."
