Every area in the Loxone campus needs energy. Comprehensive energy management can be implemented even in such a large building with just a few components. The key to success is the energy flow monitor. This makes it possible to identify energy needs. With this information, baseline electricity consumption can be reduced and energy consumption can be shifted to times when energy is cheaper or even free. The appealing visualization in the Loxone App makes this consumption visible in real time.



Intelligent access system

Hotel, office, seminar centre... Due to the different areas in the Loxone campus, individual access authorizations play a major role. The flexibility of Loxone enables the integration of different access systems - for example, several isolation systems were connected to the Miniserver at the entrance to the office. Individual authorizations for the users are easily assigned via the Loxone App.



Best Workplace for Performers

The office space is divided into 14 areas, each of which is automated by a Miniserver Compact. This ensures optimal working conditions in every office area. In addition, each employee has an NFC card that makes it easy to bill for lunch, snacks or coffee.



Enjoy Inspiration – Hotel Loxone campus

There are 80 rooms of different categories and two exclusive suites spread over three levels. Each of these rooms is equipped with a Miniserver Compact, which controls lighting, shading, ventilation, heating, audio and much more. The multiplier makes it possible to set up and manage all hotel rooms with minimal effort. Changes can be transferred to all rooms with just one click, but at the same time individual settings can be easily made for each room.



Glorious Bastards

A special lighting concept is used in the restaurant with 600 seats – most of the lighting is based on 24 volts. One of the challenges was to replace the existing 230V tubes in the retro lights and classic light bulbs with dimmable 24V solutions. The intelligent automation of lighting, audio and more brings special added value for both guests and staff.
