Challenge

A developer creating a dream apartment in an industrial style turned to Partner Loxone at a very advanced stage of work. The facility was already close to be finished when it was decided to implement Loxone smart home automation. The investor was convinced by the ease of use and versatility of the system, and the ability to use wireless technology without having to start everything from scratch was exactly what this project needed.

Solution

An apartment with such a character needs proper lighting that will emphasize a bit of a mysterious, industrial character. Lighting scenes were created for a wide range of occasions using dimmable and LED lighting.

The lighting works with the shading system to ensure the most comfortable conditions inside, while optimizing the consumption of expensive utilities.
