The entire project took over five years to complete, but the Miniserver was used during construction for security, lighting and irrigation.   string(1059) "The intelligent lighting from Loxone perfectly sets the scene for the unique house in Cancun. All spots in the house are operated with low voltage (24 VDC), dimmed and controlled directly by the Loxone RGBW Air. The central power supply model allows thinner 16AWG low voltage wires to be connected to the spots instead of the traditional 12-14AWG wires. In this way, the homeowner could save up to 50% of the cable costs and thus use less electricity. Another challenge that the unique design of this house presented was the switches in the building: Architect Pedro Riveroll didn't want switches on the stone walls. The Loxone Touch Air was used for this. Several of these can now be found on bedside tables, kitchen islands or tables and on cupboards. In addition to lighting, shading, audio system, heating and air conditioning, access control and alarm were also implemented with Loxone.



The outdoor area of the house also has a lot to offer. Pool, whirlpool, water fountain and the existing sprinkler system are all controlled with Loxone."
