The resulting benefits did not go unnoticed by LG, and so the South Koreans approached us with the desire to make this possible for their appliances too. Following successful collaborations with industry leaders such as Daikin, Gree, Toshiba, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, and Sinclair, we are proud to now support LG as the seventh global market leader to benefit from AC Control Air for LG.

Almost ten years ago, we revolutionized the heating industry with our Valve Actuator. Until then, concepts like individual room control were considered niche and were met with skepticism by many heating manufacturers. Today, this is exactly what is standard in smart buildings.

Based on our many years of experience in intelligent HVAC control and responding to evolving requirements, we have completely rethought our Valve Actuator. In developing the new Valve Actuator, we focused on three key priorities: durability, power and that the Valve Actuator operates silently.

More than 500,000 operations: Reliable for many building lifetimes

Imagine a building is heated for 300 days a year, with the Valve Actuator performing 10 operations per day. That’s 3,000 operations annually, or 75,000 operations over 25 years. But we didn’t stop there in developing our new Valve Actuator. It’s engineered to effortlessly handle over 500,000 operations—ensuring exceptional reliability over many building lifetimes.

Silent comfort for living spaces

Despite all the power that our new Valve Actuator delivers, it operates almost silently. Thanks to advanced motor control technology, the operating sounds are so minimal they’re barely noticeable —quieter even than the flow noise of a radiator. This makes the Valve Actuator an ideal choice for living spaces where peace and comfort are top priorities.

An upgrade for smart heating control

With the new Valve Actuator, we are proud to present a product that has been improved at all levels. The advantages at a glance:

*A conventional thermal actuator requires 3 watts in standby mode. Our new Valve Actuator has a standby consumption of 0.05 watts. With 20 actuators, the consumption is correspondingly 30W lower. With 240 heating days per year with a daily running time of 12 hours and an electricity price of € 0.35, this results in savings of € 800 over 20 years.

The Touch Pure Flex is the perfect control element for guests and those unfamiliar with the T5 standard. Its intuitive features, high customizability, and minimal energy consumption make it the ideal addition to our Touch family. Now we are giving the Touch Pure Flex an upgrade.

Even better user experience thanks to backlighting

The heart of the new Touch Pure Flex is its intelligent backlighting, designed to enhance both the aesthetics and functionality of your space. This innovative feature not only brings a fresh, modern look to your rooms but also improves user convenience and ease of use.

With the new ‘Touch Pure Flex Controller’ Function Block, the backlighting can be adjusted based on room type and natural daylight, ensuring optimal brightness throughout the day or night.

For people who are particularly sensitive to light at night, there is an optional “Light by Touch” feature. The first click activates the lighting and the second the desired action. For everyone else, we have defined selectable standards for living rooms, hallways and bedrooms.

As with generation 1, we have made sure that standby consumption is kept to a minimum. We have also enhanced the accuracy of the temperature measurement. Speaking of predecessors: the new Touch Pure Flex comes in the same design and therefore fits into existing frames, making upgrades effortless.
