This winter, again, we are taking a break to recharge our batteries with our loved ones. Our company Christmas break will take place from December 22nd, 2023 to January 7th, 2024.
Again, 2023 was again an extraordinary year full of challenges. Together with our partners, we gave everything and celebrated numerous successes this year.
We want tackle the upcoming year with full force, which is why we are taking a break from December 22, 2023 to January 7, 2024. Therefore, we will not be available starting December 22, 2023 at 1 p.m.
Your support request
During this time, our support team is also taking a break. If you have any questions, our online documentation. In urgent cases, we recommend that you contact your Loxone Partner. Your ticket requests will be answered as usual after our return in January.
Your orders
The will extend shipping as much as possible, which means your last orders will leave our warehouse on December 22, 2023. During our Christmas break, you can place your orders as usual via our Online Shop. To shorten the waiting time for you, we added a special shipping day on December 27, 2023.
Starting January 08, 2024, the entire Loxone team will be back and available to you as usual.
