After completing the training, you will receive a voucher code which must be redeemed within 30 days on shop.loxone.com. The discount can only be applied to one order.

Preferred automation solution

As a Gold or Platinum Partner, Loxone is your first choice for new projects (exception applies to tenders). Loxone will therefore be advertised on the homepage of your website, company vehicles, shop, etc. The implementation must have taken place by 30.04.2023. You will retain your current partner status until then.

Digital Showroom

With the new digital showroom (available from summer 2022), we offer you a free sales tool that supports your sales process. As a Gold and Platinum Partner, you must implement the new functionality by 30.04.2023 to secure partner status.

Linkbuilding

For the annual recertification of your partner status as well as for the initial certification, it is necessary to create a link to loxone.com on your website. We recommend that you include and link to the official Loxone logo. If you have not yet created the link, you have until 30.04.2023 to do so. You will retain your current partner status until then. Upgrading is possible at any time from 02.05.2022.

Annual turnover

As a Gold and Platinum partner, your partner status is linked to a minimum annual turnover. Therefore, this is reviewed on an annual basis. The annual turnover is determined on the basis of the net purchase total of the last 12 months. The applicable minimum turnover can be found in the table.

If you have not yet reached the minimum turnover, you still have until 30.04.2023 to reach the minimum turnover. You will retain your current partner status until then. An upgrade to a higher partner level is possible at any time from 02.05.2022.

REGISTERED Partner

No entry barriers: Just buy and get started. Your discount is calculated from the purchase volume of the last 12 months. As a Registered Partner, you can purchase Loxone products exclusively in the Loxone Webshop.

PLATINUM Partner

As a Platinum Partner, you can implement even complex requirements effortlessly. You rely fully on the automation solution from Loxone and are up to date with all product innovations.

SILVER Partner

As a Silver Partner, you are certified, listed in the Loxone Partner Search and implementing your first projects with Loxone.

GOLD Partner

As a Gold Partner, you rely on Loxone as your automation solution of choice and implement projects on a regular basis.

Purchase discount for REGISTERED Partners

The REGISTERED Partner is divided into four levels of discount:
up to 10.000€ turnover: 10% discount
from 10.000€ turnover: 15% discount
from 100.000€ turnover: 21% discount
from 500.000€ turnover: 25% discount

Annual training

The annual training helps you to stay up to date in terms of software and hardware. For the annual recertification it is therefore necessary that at least one employee of your company attends a Loxone training. We recommend that you attend our refresher courses or/and special training courses.

Showroom Discount

We provide a 50% discount on all Loxone products for the initial fit out of your new Loxone Showroom. This discount can only be used on a single order. All products that are part of this order must only be used for the specified showroom. This discount can not be used in conjunction with your partner discount or any other offers. The order can only be placed through your personal partner consultant and not via the Loxone Webshop.
Further, you will receive a 50% discount on selected Loxone products which have been launched after the initial fit out of your showroom so that they can be integrated and your showroom stays up to date.

Discount for fairs

This discount applies to Loxone products used at trade fairs.

(The showroom and trade fair discount cannot be accumulated with your existing partner discount).

Personal Partner Coach

As a Gold or Platinum Partner, your personal Partner Coach takes care of your concerns and is there to support you on all topics relating to building automation. Benefit from extensive knowledge in the areas of planning, sales, quotation and configuration.

Of course, our Registered and Silver Partners also have a team of Partner Coaches at their side.
This new arrangement ensures that our employees can attend to your concerns in a more targeted manner.

You will be invited by us to events such as the opening of a new Loxone subsidiary in your area.

Discount for own use

So that you not only install Loxone, but also get to know it yourself and enjoy the benefits of a Smart Home, we offer you a discount for own use as a partner. For us, it is important that you can also test the Loxone products that you install.

This personal discount is capped at a maximum budget of 25,000€. As a managing director, you define employees who work with Loxone in your company and are allowed to use this one-time discount.

(This discount cannot be accumulated with your existing partner discount).

Qualification Training

Our Qualification Training course forms the basis of a successful business partnership and is one of the prerequisites for achieving Silver Partner Status. During the course, you will work on various tasks together with the trainer to perfect your skills in planning, configuration, installation and sales.

Credit Limit / Payment Terms

The credit limit is the sum of all net purchases. The payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date.

Project Referrals

We will refer project enquiries to our Partners based on their Partner status and their proximity to the project.

Partner Coach

Your Partner Coach is always at hand to assist you and offer advice on all elements concerning your Loxone Projects. Make use of this wealth of information and knowledge for all stages of your project, from planning, selling, quoting and delivery at absolutely no cost! For further information just give your Partner Coach a call.

Showroom Marketing Design Support

We will support you in the creation of your very own and personal marketing material for your showroom. Whether this involves eye-catching window displays & graphics, illuminated signage or a very special Loxone Look of your interior. This offer can only be used once per showroom. Our financial contribution is exclusively towards the design and graphics work carried out by an agency of our choosing or our own internal team. Production costs are not covered by this offer. The maximum financial contribution by us is dependant on your partner status. The designed material must be used in your showroom within 12 months following the completion of the designs. Should this not be the case you will be charged for 50% of the design costs we incurred.

Showroom Planning and Design Support

Together with you and an interior architect of our choice we will plan an impressive Loxone Showroom, that will be instantly recognisable as such thanks to a strong corporate identity. To achieve this we will make a significant contribution to the planning and design costs. This offer can only be used once per showroom. Our financial contribution is exclusively towards the planning and design fees of the interior architect for a Loxone Showroom (including room layouts, furniture designs, lighting design & Loxone functionality). The maximum financial contribution by us is dependant on your partner status. The showroom will be commissioned and inspected together with your personal partner coach within 12 month following the planning. Should the implementation of the showroom not be inline with the plans or not be completed in time you will be charged for 50% of the planning costs we incurred.

Training Discount

Loxone Partners that have already completed Qualification Training (formerly Foundation Training) can get access to discounted training for additional employees that are looking to become Loxone experts.

Annual Purchase Volume

As a Gold and Platinum Partner, your status is linked to a minimum annual purchase volume. This is checked on an annual recertification date. The annual purchase volume is calculated on the basis of the net purchase price for your orders over the last 12 months at Loxone.

Annual Training

The automation industry is growing at a fast pace and so are we. The annual training helps you to stay up to date with everything concerning Loxone. It is thus a requirement to have at least one employee of yours attend Loxone Training each year.
We recommend that you attend the Loxone Expert Days training which focuses on technical elements, introduces new products and software features as well as a detailed look at sales, planning and quoting,
