Ways to pay
BACS
You can pay for all your orders in advance by bank transfer (BACS). Your order will then be processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
Credit/debit card
You can pay by credit or debit card. Just select “Credit Card” as “Payment Type”. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club and Discover.
Delivery charges
Free shipping to the UK for all Gold, Platinum and Flagship Partners, on all webshop orders. For orders not qualifying for free delivery, charges below apply:

Our delivery time is also based on product availability, although all products are usually always available.
Only in exceptional cases can there be delayed delivery times.
Attention: Shipping surcharge
During the last few years we have been able to keep a flat rate for shipping to the countries where we deliver to, independently of the order quantity. With the addition of Quadral products, some of which may require pallet shipping, a shipping surcharge will be added with immediate effect. This surcharge will be charged once per order regardless of the quantity ordered.
This applies only to countries for which we offer deliveries, which are listed above. As for the countries where we don’t deliver to, the buyer must arrange their own courier service as usual.

Order processing
After submitting your order to us, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. When your order is shipped you will receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number so that you can follow its progress all the way to your door.
Foreign currency payments
Please note that the cost of transferring money from abroad must be met by the buyer. This is explicitly indicated in the transfer.
