The owner managed to build on the years of the First Republic and restore the cafe tradition in the area. It’s now once again a popular meeting place near the historic centre of the city.



The building of the gazebo is listed in the monument catalogue, so the reconstruction had to be approached with respect. However, this didn’t prevent the addition of modern technologies, which are crucial for the operation of today's coffee shops. Suitable lighting, audio both inside and outside in the garden, shading elements, heating and cooling, ventilation... Integrating all these solutions allows the cafe to create a comfortable experience for guests and a pleasant environment for staff. This is also accomplished by Loxone's intelligent automation."
