  string(536) "The main objective of this project was the seamless and simple integration of access control, heating, music and lighting using the Loxone system. A particular challenge in hotels is the behaviour of guests, who often turn the heating up unnecessarily and forget to turn off the lights. This behaviour leads to increased energy consumption and additional operating costs. In addition, the Ferienlenk Group consists of over 17 locations. So if another operations pain point comes up, we can simply expand the Loxone system to resolve it."

  string(1388) "Individual access authorizations: With the Loxone system, access authorizations for various hotel areas, such as rooms, wellness areas or conference rooms, can be assigned easily and flexibly. This is done via the Loxone App, which offers an intuitive user interface. 



NFC Code Touch: Guests and staff can easily and securely gain access to the areas assigned to them using the NFC Code Touch system. 



Automated heating control: The heating in the hotel rooms is automatically controlled based on the room occupancy. This is checked via the card reader in the rooms. 

Eco mode: When guests are away, the heating is switched to an energy-saving mode, which can significantly reduce energy costs. 



Automatic light switch-off: The Loxone system ensures that the lights are switched off automatically; here too, presence is checked via the hotel card and the card reader in the hotel rooms. This prevents the light from being on unnecessarily. 



Presence simulation: In unused areas such as corridors and common rooms, the lights are only switched on when someone is present. 



The Audioserver enables the hotel, the pizzeria and especially the Ferienlenk's own workspaces to provide uniform and high-quality sound throughout. Guests and employees can control the music playback via the user-friendly Loxone App."
