To achieve this, we have integrated various functions such as lighting management, the air conditioning system, as well as irrigation, among others."

  string(2844) "First of all, the lighting control was carried out, both in the interior rooms and in the exterior spaces. Thanks to the RGBW LED spots and strips, different lighting environments can be created that adapt to the needs of each user and a specific situation: gym, TV mode, relaxation, party, among many other possibilities.



The home also has presence detectors, in this way, the lighting is prevented from being on permanently, only when there are people in the rooms.



The air conditioning system is made up of a diesel boiler and solenoid valves on each radiator and is programmed so that each space reaches the optimal desired temperature and has "Eco Mode" for when you leave the room. This mode allows the temperature to be maintained without entailing high consumption for the owners, which benefits not only in terms of energy efficiency, but also economically, allowing greater savings.



For this home, two operating modes have been established, one for winter and the other for summer, which can be selected through the Loxone App and the other functions act automatically according to the selected mode.



Regarding access control, the Loxone video intercom has been implemented, fully integrated with the home. Along with the installation of two NFC Code Touch devices, installed at the main entrance and at the rear, access is allowed through personalized codes.



The NFC Code Touch allows the creation, modification and management of personalized codes for each user at any time. These codes are also used to activate and deactivate the alarm. In addition, vehicle access is also managed for greater comfort and control.



In the outdoor area, in the garden, the irrigation system has been automated, which works and is activated based on weather forecasts and humidity levels.



The pool has also been motorized to achieve automated management of the maintenance it requires, in addition to controlling the lighting of the decorative waterfall.



These measures increase energy efficiency and reduce the time spent on maintenance, with more satisfactory results.



Regarding the security of this home, an anti-theft alarm system has been configured through motion sensors and door and window contacts, which allows any intrusion to be instantly detected.



The Loxone Audioserver provides integrated music in all spaces and rooms. It is linked to the alarm, so that it can be used as a security sound if required. The home also has a fire and flood alarm system in order to prevent any possible incident.



In the event of any incident or intrusion detection, the system sends notifications to the owners directly, this way they can act immediately, avoiding further possible damage."
